    ... a very friendly lass, who also studies at RGU. She is an art student and is originally from Falkirk. We chatted for a good 15-20 minutes about various experiences. I finally checked out and struck up a conversation with the cashier, and discussed Aberdeen, He told me out of all the places he has lived in the UK, Aberdeen is his favourite, because it is so easy to strike up a conversation with the residents.     Friday's are my days to sleep in an hour longer than my other module (course) days. I still get my lectures and tutorials mixed up between days, but lets be real I only finished the second week of tutorials. It was a pretty boring day.     ... town of Banchory, which is about 15 miles away from Aberdeen. It’s a cute little town and you feel like you are in the Scottish country side. It has a little main street and everyone is out and about greeting you as you walk by. We found a nice little café to stop for sandwich and some soup before heading to the hotel to see David’s family who just arrived into town.

    ... their presence is immediately apparent as soon as you reach the cliff-top because they are right there, only metres away. They share the ledges, the sea and the sky with thousands of auks including the ever popular Puffins, two of which we found quite quickly, Fulmars and noisy Kittiwakes.
