Bolongarostrasse 100 Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany, 65929, 69-330-0200
Again it seems to be an escape from the inevitable. But somehow I actually think it's way more than that.

Why do I think that? I'm sure you are wondering what special thing happened at the end of my last entry in the first world trip ...
Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany silberregenIt was sooooo cold in Frankfurt, we didn't want to spend much time here since we had no winter clothing. WE got in late, went to our hotel, then back to the airport to get our flight to Bangkok moved up. We though it would be at 8 that night, but they managed to get us on the next flight out, which was pretty much within the hour. Woohooo! I also kept speaking Italian in Germany... so confused with all the languages.
Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany sofenjon... at my back. As I turned the corner away from the stares and took a deep breath, I suddenly recalled where my wallet was hiding. I sheepishly got back into the same line and the cashier felt sorry for me and once again was kind. He even offered for me to join their shopping club - I politely declined. Once in that store was enough, thank you very much.

Finding Terminal B Gate 62 was also not exactly easy - but I did finally ...
Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany dsauter... their walls, not to mention some German candies.

Unfortunately it was time to call it a trip, so we all piled in the car and Flo kindly drove us home on the ultra-efficient Autobahn where nobody drives slowly in the left lane.

Auf wiedersehen! It was a great trip!

Pam and Glenn said:

Pam’s first observation of her old high school alma mater town of Frankfurt was that it had not changed much. From the Bahnhoff down ...
Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany the_stammsAnother short flight and we were in Frankfurt. After 30 – 40 minuets, Eugene and Kevin showed up and we headed for the train. After a short train ride, we were arrived at the Hauptbahnhof (Main station). We booked beds at the 5 Elements Hostel, in the red light district of Frankfurt (just outside of the Hauptbahnhof (Main station)). This is where some of Team ...
Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany monkeytoes... around Europe. The market on the camp ground is run by a crazy American guy called Charlie. I asked him if there was a pharmacy in town, and he quickly asked me what I was after in way that implied that he might have whatever I was after. He Aussie guy we were hanging out with thinks that he could be a reformed Junkie trying to make good. The next day was spent reading and eating, and finally today we left the campsite at 4am, flew from Rome airport to Frankfurt (but it was ...

Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany lindsey-canada... your flight fate depends on the mood of the people behind the counters). Of course I was ready to wisely answer all typical questions when you go to USA: when did you prepare your package? Did you leave your package unattended? And so on.. you know all that fancy questions nobody take care. So were my answers. The only one I was not prepared to answer for was: why are you so late? I just was not in the mood to explain the whole history ...
Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany ukukoMy final day ... sigh ... what better way to start it than after another ****** sleep on an even crappier bed? Breakfast was a decent spread - with hardboiled eggs, cold cuts, and cheese. I ate with a Japanese, Korean, and German girl. The German girl is staying here until she can get into an apartment (student). She was very sarcastic and as a result, a little abrasive - now I know what it's ...
