The room and service was exceptional. The spa was just what the doctor ordered after the long walk from Waterville, WA. The management graciously provided us with a substantial and nutritious early breakfast to enjoy the next morning since we would be leaving prior to their scheduled time.We would love to come here again for a relaxing weekend.

It wasn't badly priced either which meant we could have probably got the HJ for about $80...For those who don't know, a Howard Johnson Hotel chain is about as low as you can go on the Motel food chain. Cheap & Nasty but I don't mind them. But apparently my travel buddy has standards which are a tad higher ...

August 27, 2014 - warm and sunny. Hotel - la Quinta SeaTac Our long anticipated trip to Ireland has arrived. The challenge of packing extremely light was accomplished, one 21" suitcase and two backpacks, 2 people one month! It was a challenge, but the challenge was met -- leave the excess home. I'll have to see how I feel about it a month from ...

... he loves that track and kicks booty at it). The locals must groan when they see #78 coming, since he won the Regional Championship there a few years ago. BUT, Joe texted us to say they weren't going to make it since they couldn't get the car together sufficiently for the "booty kick" routine I described.

So, two old ***** staring nostalgically across burnt fields with nowhere to go. But it's all good.
