Linden House Hotel Killarney

Well this morning we woke to heavy heads and grey skies. A quick brekkie and we were off on the bus once more. We drove along the Dingle peninsula for a while, which some breathtaking cliffs and scenery. At one stage we got off the bus to take some photos, and Mike closed the doors and drove a little way down the road - enforcing some fresh air and exercise! Well needless to say today began with a headache, after finding the craic in Galway. ... at the Railway Hostel,in a cute three-person room and just relaxed tonight...Because ours burnt out the night before, the first thing we needed to do was find a hair straightener when we woke up because heaven forbid Haley, Nicole and I not having a straightener while backpacking. ... Ireland because they&#8217;ll soon be too old to rent a car. They&#8217;re returning home next week by way of Dublin and they haven&#8217;t been to some of our favorite places along the way, so we shared information.<br><br>We&#8217;ve gone through all our clothes and have everything for our final days in one suitcase. We&#8217;re starting to get ready to go home, and while there&#8217;s still a lot to see and do, I think we&#8217;ll be happy when Saturday is here.

... we had dinner at a Thai restaurant and I must say it was just like home!! Well Thai they serve up in Australia. I did think and Amy agreed that Ireland was quite expensive, meals etc were quite dear. Accomodation seemed to be on par.<br><br>Drinks at our hotel.. there was a hunters annual general meeting going on when we arrived.. lol very funny, the members were not what I thought a typical hunter would be!!

... a poached egg, which I did not know was a raw egg cracked open into a pot of boiling water. I was extremely proud of Matt for not complaining about his gelatinous mess of a breakfast! How many 8-year-olds would not comment upon a plate of what looks like snot? Poor Jenny to have such a miser for a brother that he booked a flight a flight at 6.20am in the morning from an airport an hour out of town to save a few quid (actually £36, but the extra sleep would have more than covered that no doubt...).
