We went out onto the Santa Monica Pier and purchased a fresh fruit cup, and shared this as we wandered along. Yesterday Michele, John and I went to the Getty Villa, a Museum on the property of J Getty when he lived in LA. It is a beautiful Villa and there is a wealth of ancient pieces of art, mostly sculptures but also beautiful silver objects. The gardens and peaceful and very formal. Unfortunately due to the ...

It was a very long day of travel...I feel like I have said this before...okay, I think I have said this A LOT in this blog! It is kind of the summation of the entire trip...very long days of travel. Yet, we saw so much, learned so much, ate so much, laughed so much...sleep? Not so much. But you can always sleep. It is not every day that you can stroll amongst hundred year ...
