    ... for best western hotels. It's a large room on ground floor with a kettle. Can make a cuppa. Greg has a headache so have to find panadol as well. It must be the hat I bought him. Looks like a local now. Was good to have a cat nap at hotel before tea. Tea at restaurant wad lovely. Greg had steak with salad & vegies. Huge & I had just vegies. No walking tonight just relaxing in our huge room. Move onto Graz tomorrow so will awake at 6am. Guten ...

After 1 hour of following his Austrian/German instructions that Adam had understood perfectly, we ended up in the Salzburg University Beerhall and Garden .     ... we had forgotten about--another "no photos allowed" place. Since "our" castle is both smaller and closer to town, we got done early, so wandered down the back way, enjoying the Alpensee lake. We bravely took an outside table at the end of the road and shared apple strudel while enjoying hot chocolate. As we finished, the rest of the group began coming into view. We took advantage of the lovely restaurant restrooms, and boarded the bus as happy campers.

Apparently he was quite smitten, but surprisingly did not try to extend the interaction further after the show despite saying their goodbyes as we departed the downstairs theater and headed back home.
