Some Naxi girls worked on some delicate embroidery on looms, creating beautiful pictures, for which they are well known. The work area was surrounded by representations of the Naxi writing, a pictographic language called 'Dongba'. After a long day seeing such beautiful scenery and sopping up a lot ...

... where we were impressed by the big size and the nice renovations of this place !!!

After a little ice cream, we went back to Lijiang and lost ourselves again in this maze (I just learned this word today ! ). We found a very nice bar where to enjoy the birthday evening with an amazing view, and hop back to the hostel to relax a bit.

After a light dinner we head to the bar for the cake and coffee !

Again : HAPPY BIRTHDAY SALLY ...
