    ... perfect.
We had a walk thro the pine forests and a dip in the sea - Matt choosing to sketch and perfect his stone-skimming instead before getting the last boat back at 6pm. The boat load arriving was full of the young, beautiful glitterati from Cannes clearly coming for a wedding or other party, making us feel even more dowdy tourists compared to their Armani suits and designer dresses! Happy tho not to have the stress of keeping up with the pack - it must be exhausting!!

After a bit of an orientation Tim, Klinta (a friend of Tim's) and I went for a quick walk down to the esplanade and then stopped for dinner - as i realised that I had not eaten since breakfast at Gatwick Airport. ... holidays. Our hotel room was really nice. We had quite a large room and unlike most of the other rooms Sam and I had a balcony for our bedroom and also for our bathroom. We were lucky enough to over look the street whereas others with balconies saw nothing interesting. Dinner wasn't until 8pm so we had a few hours to explore Nice. Bree, Janna and myself decided we would go to the beach. ...

... to hypothesize over which stars were A-listers and which ones were the Pauly Shores of international entertainment looking to revive their careers that have been dead since their inception. As dashing as these European performers were, they were quite tinier than the average American actor. Had Tom Cruise attended, he for certain could have taken a night off from wearing his elevator shoes.

Not unlike the standard trade show set up, full access passes were ...
