    ... we found Graham easily going through his pre race rituals( which means multiple visits to the toilet) It was soon time to put on the wet suit and join the other GB old boys. Although all competitors there is a commaradery between the group of about 10 "old boys" which were the last wave to go off.     Graham had to register and do a team photo this morning, so I opted to stay in the village. I wandered to the supermarket and explored shopping Mall which was part of a huge swimming pool complex which looked very exciting. I couldn't buy too much as I had to carry it up the hill so I had to wait for Graham to come back with the car to do a beer and wine shop.     ... seen what happened. By the time we were ready to go and walking pass that area I saw that they were just finishing up loading the stretcher in the helicopter. Now only because I'm assuming by the lack of urgency to get them out of their it wasn't really serious. First I thought who ever kid or adult hope their ok but secondly I thought it was nice to know or see how quickly or serious they are about medical help. It was good to see but obviously I hope we never need it.

    ... s hand. We told Riley to follow him which he did still holding his hand. Riley stopped for some reason and when he didn't move the guy said come. Riley proceed to motion for him to pick him up. He did and to my surprise Riley was content. He proceeded to carry Riley all the way to the apartment and not a peep fro Riley. Clearly we're going to have a talk about strangers!
