Les aristocrates russes firent construire de somptueux palais face à la mer , des datchas.Certaines ont survécu à la période soviétique et s'élèvent toujours au dessus de la foule de stands de souvenirs et échoppes de restauration rapide , style paillasse, qui ont l'air d'épaves déposées sur le rivage par une récente tempête et semblent destinés à être emportés par la prochaine.

... Weiter ist es auch der östlichste Ort, den ich bei dieser Tour erreiche.

Nach dem garstigen Wetter am Nordkap, Sturm, Regen und 3.8 Grad hat sich mein Wunsch nach tollem Sommerwetter erfüllt. Es scheint die Sonne und es ist die letzten Tage immer über 30 Grad

The Golicyn’s Path is one of the most photogenic places I have ever been to. It twists between the slopes of Kara Dag and the Black Sea. This unusual contact of steep mountains and deep water is beautiful, picturesque and quite perilous. We do not risk though, because the path is prepared for tourists, and as long as you stay on it there’s no need to be worried. In comparison with West European national parks, the reserve of Kara Dag is much wilder, ...

... as the sun is scorching and we have to climb quite a steep hill. When we finally get to the gates… we can’t get in. There’s a festival and the entrance price has tripled. Well, we could have expected it. From the very beginning of our trip, the luck is not by our side.
