This hotel was amazing. It was in a great part of Paris with a fantastic view of the Eiffel Towel. Our room was huge and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We will be going back!

Great location, value for money and sophistication
Stayed in this hotel for three nights in July......it really deserves to be in the top ten hotels in Paris. The hotel is located in a residential street. As such it is in the centre of normal urban life within a few steps of the hotel a bakery, bistro, cafes, ladies clothes boutique, number of beauty salons, supermarket, pharmacy, natural food store etc.
Stayed in a basic twin room I would describe the room as large by European standards. Twin beds pushed together ample room either size. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Linen changed daily. Rooms are like in the advertised pictures. Good seating and storage, enough hangers for men and women clothes, key pad safe. 32inch flat screen TV; only two stations in English CNN and BBC Prime. Bathroom modern with shower over the bath, complementary Hermes soap, body shower gel and shampoo. Towels and flannels like new changed daily. Every day the room and bathroom was cleaned to perfection like new. A complimentary bottle of water was provided upon arrival.
There is a European buffet breakfast, adequate but not spectacular fresh fruit, dried fruit, bread rolls, cereal, fruit juices (apple, Orange and grapefruit), milk, water (Evian and Badiot) lean ham, pepperoni various cheeses, variety of yoghurts, bacon, scramble egg, selection of sliced breads. Coffee, tea, drinking chocolate brought to your table. Breakfast could be had in the pleasant breakfast room or your bedroom at no extra cost.
The location of the hotel is excellent 5 minute stroll to Trocadero metro, restaurants, Marine museum and Trocadero. 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower, river boat cruises (bear in mind an up hill walk back to the hotel although there are lots of benches)
Staff was helpful and friendly in the extreme. Free use of computer and wi fi connection.
A taxi from Guard du Nord to hotel with two pieces of luggage 13 Euros. If you are a non frencher speaker write full address on a piece of paper to give to driver.
Superb hotel in ideal position!
Stayed here for 3 nights in July. We found all the staff to be very helpful and cheerful. Position of the hotel is excellent - near to the Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower, yet set on a quiet street with no noise. Our room was stylish and very clean with lovely white bedding. Breakfast was good too. Would love to stay here again if we came back to Paris.
No need to describe the beauties of the hotel, as many others already did.
Just a few lines to stress the quality of service: outstanding from the whole personell, Malek in particular. I personally experienced a problem during the payment transaction due to connectivity problem unrelated to the hotel, and although I was extremely nervous and sometimes even unpolite the personell proved to be extremely professional and polite, managing the situation at their best.
Great great job.
The Best Value and Location - Best Service, Too - Loved the Plaza Tour Eiffel
For our first-ever trip to Europe, I spent months researching hotels and ended up completely overwhelmed by the choices. I finally called upon a travel agent who helped us find Plaza Tour Eiffel and it was everything we hoped for and more. Some things were very important to us: Excellent location, friendly and responsive service, clean and comfortable rooms, gym equipment and value. We got all of that and more in a stylish hotel that was authentically, charmingly French.
A few minutes walk to the Eiffel Tour, the Plaza Tour Eiffel is in the Trocadero section, surrounded by amazing cafes and right near the metro. We were clueless about navigating the transportation system, and the staff at this hotel went above and beyond the call of duty to help us get from points A to B and C everyday. We tried to tip them and they refused! "It was their pleasure to help us..." Kudos to Malik, Sophie, Muhamed and the rest of the outstanding staff. Their friendly faces and kindness made us feel like we were coming home after a long day of sightseeing.
We spent three days in Paris, then hopped the train for three days in Normandy. Upon our return to Plaza Tour Eiffel, we were greeted like old friends for our last night in Paris. This hotel was completely renovated in 2006 -- everything is stylish, beds are SOOOO comfortable and right around the corner, the most delectable treats can be found at a wonderful patisserie.
I normally turn to Trip Advisor for guidance, but little had been posted on this gem of a hotel. I'm so glad we went ahead -- we feel lucky to have stayed at Plaza Tour Eiffel. Not by far the most expensive place to stay -- but offered us a priceless experience for our anniversary.
Great Place To Stay!
I stayed here over Labor Day weekend and was very satisfied. My superior room was very satisfactory. There is free internet access in the lobby. The breakfast was included and was always good. The staff were pleasant, helpful and very welcoming. The staff assisted me with every request I had and made sure I got to where I needed to go.
Excellent Choice for Paris Hotel!!
This hotel was better than we expected.
Newly refurbished with quality of things more like you would choose at home not for a hotel which was great.
They have a staff that by far is better than any we have experienced anywhere in the world.
Location was exceptional! Take subway to Trocadero stop, ext towards George Mandel Ave, out of metro station cross 1 street an make a right on George Mandel, follow the next street to the right and 1 block later you are at the hotel.
I have been a travel agent for over 16 years. THIS is the place to stay in Paris!
My only complaint is that they do not offer a washer and dryer on property.
With the new luggage restrictions on the airlines we each pack 1 21" roller bag and a carry on and then choose 1 night to do laundry (helps get through customs faster as well with no checked bags)
When we return to Paris.....This is the place we will be staying!!
This is a lovely little hotel in the Trocadero area of Paris. Its a nice quiet area with a metro station only two minutes away. We stayed there for one night and it met all our needs.
Hotels in the centre of paris are traditionally small and this is no different. This is not a spacious hotel but it seems to have been recently refurbished. The furniture and decor is quite modern. We only had breakfast in the restuarant which was fine. They also serve dinner but there seems to be lots of places outside the hotel to have dinner in if you prefer to go out.
Wonderful Service from Abroad!
I called this hotel a few days before my parents spend their anniversary here, to ask them to put a bottle of champagne and a card in their room for their arrival. Despite the reports of the rude, non-english speaking french, the man who answered the phone spoke perfect english and fullfilled my request to the detail, and boy were my parents surprised!!! This may be Paris' best kept secret, shhhh!

... set up selling lovely pictures of Paris and post cards and used books.
We continued into the Marais area and wandered down St Louis en Lyle which is filled with very quaint little shops. There were three waffle/ice cream shops which had very long queues of people lined up, obviously popular with the Parisians on Sundays.
We wandered back to find a metro to return to the hotel. We stopped at a small restaurant to have a quick bite to ...
... at one of the many Boulangeries in our little quarters to stock up on delicious bread products. The kids all did really well at ordering in French and I think the staff found it quite amusing. The area we are staying in (5th arrondissment) has a lot of character and some vey quaint little shops. It's lovely as there are boulangeries (bakeries), fruits et legumes (fruit & vege shops) and charcouteries (butcheries) and you can pop in to each to pick up your ...
... little window shopping. We then decided to take a bus back to our apartment, a great idea that turned a tad sour when the tour director became totally disoriented, disembarked at the wrong stop, and then proceeded to lead Thelma & Louise on a wild goose chase from hell (despite the aid of a map), resulting in a lengthy detour that gave rise to considerable grousing about foot blisters and aching arches.
... Some are kind of pushy about it. Nevertheless, it is an interesting area and I would like to spend more time there. This area is in sharp contrast to the flea market area. It was getting late so we walked to the closest metro station. We found a great bakery on the way and bought some bread and tarts. We got back to the apartment about 8:00 pm and had dinner there. We had used the metro quite a few times today, but we had also walked a lot and we were ...
