... and our boat didn't leave till 2.30pm but ended up not leaving till nearly 3pm. I caught up on my blog which for some reason has been made more difficult as I haven't been able to open the app for the last three days and so I had to do it through their web site. So four days have been written up in this manner and now I'm back on this fast jet boat the app opened so I'm back in business. ... met a very friendly man, named Spirro, who was fishing off the shore of one of the beaches. He had 4 lines in the water with various types of live bait to catch several different types of fish. He used a small fish to catch an octopus, then he used the guts of the octopus for bait to catch a dorado. ... watch our footing. On approaching the beach area of our hotel we noticed there is even more super yachts parked up in our bay - they are huge and impressive to look at. Having showered we are having a 10pm light meal outside at our hotel. For the first time the evening is pleasantly warm rather than uncomfortably hot. Asked for a white wine with lemonade and asked if I wanted a lemon squeezed into the wine!?! There was a wee boat which took people over to the beach from the port in Naoussa for 5euro. I wasn't overly impressed with Naoussa and probably could have done with one night spent here, however it was an experience. And on to Ios!!!!! ...
