... to see some of Oslo after our flight but by the time we got there and then dealt with the closure of their main train station for upgrading we didn't get to our hotel until midnight.

Then for the first time in the trip, the hotel messed up our reservation even though we called to say we were going to be late. They found us rooms, but not on the great side. They made up for it the next day by giving us a premium room overlooking the Opera House and harbor.

During our hike, Kari had prepared us a grand dinner; which we ate until stuffed again. After dinner we sat around the cabin and visited until 10PM. Stein got a good work-out translating for us as his dad (Gunnulf) speaks very little English.

What a pleasant day - now the drive back to Kongsberg, we should arrive around midnight...
