Vi koerte gennem meget meget fattige omraader af Phnom Penh paa vejen hjem. Det kan godt vaere, byen fremtraeder som en moderne by og at der sker fremskridt fra aar til aar, men de fattige har samme vilkaar som for aar tilbage.
