After an evening of rolling around due to the ribs, motor boats and mega yachts crew to'ing and fro'ing, and not to mention the water skiing enthusiasts, we left the anchorage quite early. We passed some pretty amazingly big super yachts, one being Madame Gu, and anchored in another lovely spot not far away and surrounded by wonderful landscape
... moving faster than the others but all looking out for each other. Rosanne and Silvana both have their hands on their hips and are plodding along in front of us ...gone are the beach babes with laughter and giggles instead they are part of a mountain goat group plodding along pausing to drink to keep hydrated.... they are not smiling! Haha I don't help the situation by shooting photos; they are constantly telling me ...

Left the hotel by 9.30am shuttle bus in plenty of time to catch our plane. We left Fiumicino Airport at 1pm, very busy!!! We were waiting in line to what was originally our Gate at the airport to board the plane, and when they called that gateway up, we realised they had changed our gate number to go to Olbia.......so it was a mad panic ...

We loved Bonifacio and not just because it's French! We walked the ramparts of the medieval city high above the port and had the best meal of the trip so far...yes, it was French of course!
However we we did have a deadline and so we sailed on on Sunday morning and meandered through the islands north of Sardinia, which form part of a marine protection zone. The navigation ...

for those non horsey folks amongst you, a rig is a gelding who has stallion tendencies, & is therefore quite a familiar word to me as opposed to Rib!! Ha ha!
