This was to be our last day. On waking we both wondered where 3 weeks had gone. It had just flown by. We only wished we could turn the clock back and start the holidays again. ... Instead of boarding directly to the plane, we got herded onto a bus and driven to our plane about a mile away on the tarmac. There were a lot of other planes parked on the tarmac from all over the world. I especially noted a Russian and Ukranian airliner parked next to each other.
We settled in for the 11-hour nonstop back to Houston arriving on schedule just before 7:00 PM.
Travel is great but getting back home is the best part.
