    Mid afternoon we decided on one of the walks in our guidebook. That's the "Eyewitness Guide" on my iPad. My iPad is an original which means it is heavy and cumbersome. With it in my camera bag, we used our new map to follow the path laid out on the iPad.

    ... comes the delicious tapas side dishes like cheese, ham, chickpea and pork. So tasty. There are plates after plates of tapas laying everywhere and people are just walking in doing the usual Spanish walk "paseo" at night. Then I bought a few pieced of pastries and call it the night. What is interesting is the presence do riot police everywhere in town, I wonder if there is some organized demonstration happening, anyway, I am not getting near them ...

    Once inside the bullring is quite intimate. Everything seems quite close to the action. We tried to get comfy sitting on our jerseys on the skinny concrete bench seats and watched as the ring was prepared for battle. The rake men made the sand perfect and the line man did a few circular lines.

Also worth noting, if you're into portraits, the Prado has room after room of really cool portraits. Again, the physical space of The Prado was also pretty awesome, inside and outside.
