My Time in Agolada

Lisboa's luscious pasteries
... untill 6 pm. So we were stuck in Portalegre for an afternoon, which really wasn't so bad. We saw a church and a castle, and camped out in the park with our sleep sheets and pillows during siesta (got some very strange looks from the locals!). At last Chris arrived and home we went. Now I'm sitting on the back porch with a beer and lemonade (Chris's favorite drink, called Clara in Spanish). The kick off party has begun - transitions to a new world! We arrived in Lisboa at 9:30am on a Friday...about 80 degrees welcomed us. Tan lines forming. Many tales to tell you about. Now, however, this hiney is about to ride from the city onto the coast line...it is slightly raining...hmmmm...at least it is easy to find espressos in this city!
