Today's gonna be another long walking day to shift some of the pounds and ounces we've put on since we got here [ not me of course. I weigh the same, but it can never hurt to get some exercise ] and Nick found us a proper trail we can hit up in the mountains.

After the event we rode our bikes back to the park where we had lunch - four six foot subs - I mean really, we can eat a lot but four of them. Actually they expected the honorees to join us for lunch but they didn't so needless to say, we had a lot left over.
