The Highs and Lows.....
The Levante Club Hotel, a beautifully presented, smart hotel... much more than we expected. With Close by bars and restaurants you could easily pick something to suit all appetites. Even though the food was rather impressive the early to midnight entertainment was poor and disappointing...... evn though one evening i was evre so impressed with a guy called Ben Jackson who payed tribyte to Micheal Jackson, the king of pop. I highly reccommend for anyone staying in Benidorm to pay a visit to one of bens half hour shows... you will be very impressed..!!!. Also the staff at the Levante Hotel were very kind and polite... All in all a great holiday for everyone... Go to Benidorm!!!!!
I stayed in the Levente club & found it to be a wonderful hotel! We booked over the internet and got a very good deal-so good in fact, i didn't expect the hotel to be of such a good standard. The meals were very good & suitable for all ages. The rooms were of a good quality & very clean. The pools and leisure facilities were grate, & the evening entertainment was hilarious! Wonderful views, friendly staff & walking distance from shops, bars & beaches. The only downside to this hotel, was the toilets...they were clean but the doors had large gaps above and below them & unsatisfactory locks. Do yourself a favor and stay in this hotel!!!
Just returned from a last minute booking at Levante Club Apartments. Myself, partner, son and mother-in-law went. Our ages range from 10 yrs to 75yrs and we couldn't fault anything about the place. Apartment (2bedroom) was really big and comfortable with good kitchen facilities (which are about to be refurbished) and large bathroom. Great sized balcony.
Within 2 minutes walk are 3 'family' pubs with excellent entertainment for all ages - we especially liked the White Horse as it also has a good childrens games rooom downstairs to keep them occupied if need be. This is good as the entertainment at the apartments was low key. Centre of Levante town (clubs etc) was about 7-9 minutes walk away and old town about 25 mins leisurely stroll along the beach.
Situated a couple of minutes from the Levante beach up a slight hill (mother-in-law didn't have a problem with it!), the apartments were extremely clean with the pool and other communal areas being cleaned every day. Would recommend it to anyone.
stayed at the levante club apartments for one week just before christmas, difficult to fault the place for the price we paid, food was excellent, apartment was huge, with two bedrooms and a kitchen, even though we were on a half board basis.
we were a little concerned because we had read some negative reviews, but it seems to me people demand perfection and it isnt a perfect world, we dont know about the entertainment in the apartments because we were out every night at the black chicken karaoke bar (next to john and josephs) why anyone wants hotel entertainment when benidorm offers the best entertainment in spain i dont know.
weather, except for one day was warm and sunny, loads of people on the beach, some brave souls were even swimming in the sea. we never had to wait for lifts, although it could be differant in the height of summer. it is situated very close to the promenade and all the night life. we found it quiet, although again could be differant in the summer.
if your thinking of spending a holiday there you wont regret it.
we have been on nine cruises over the past few years from airtours to carnival, we know a bit about getting value for money and believe me the levante club apartments were definately that for us
Clean and presentable
Clean and well kept but staff especially receptionists slightly rude and food not up to much but on the whole an enjoyable experiece.
Great place to stay
me and my husband have just come back from levante club apartments today 13/10/04.
Been here before two years ago, would still recommend it to all ages, there is something for everyone no matter what age, at this resort.
The pool side bar closes on the 9 october, as apparantly it is then the start of Benidorms winter,
But purchases can be made inside the hotel.
The only down side we would comment on, is that the hotel entertainment has alot to be desired, as there basicly is hardly any, conpared to alot of hotels in the surronding area, having said that there is alot going on around the area, this didnt prove a problem to us, but it could do to say the disabled who might not want to venture out.
we did point out the lack of entertainment in a suggestion form two years ago, and again this time, but nothing has changed unfortunately.
Rooms are still spacious and clean, we had a faulty t.v and shower, but this was all sorted within about 1 hour, commenting on the t.v you can upgrade your channels for around £2.20 per day, but be warned you get a porno channel with this, ok for some i know, but not young children, so you have to tell reception that you want that one blocked.
Hope this info proves useful to someone, we wouldnt hesitate in returning, and advise anyone to give this accomadation a go we are sure you wont regret it.

Stayed at Levante Club 15 - 23rd Sept 04 and plan to return next year, the apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped and well situated for the beach and all amenities but if you are at all claustrophic avoid the lifts. If eating out avoid John and Josephs, everyone will tell you its the cheapest breakfast in the resort, having tried it I know why
Levante club apartments
Spacious clean appartments, well equiped kitchen area .pool area great for kids .Only let down no air conditioning and night time entertainment on site poor.Plenty to do at resort.
Levante Club Apartments, Benidorm
Myself, my partner, my daughter of 7 my stepson of 15 and my partners niece 18 went to the Levante Club Apartments in Benidorm from 31st July to 14th August 2004. Apartments lovely we had cleaners in every other day to change the towels and sheets, they also swept up, mopped and cleaned the bathroom etc. The swimming pool was lovely and the amenities for food and drink were also spotless too. The only down side I would say is that there was no air conditioning in most of the apartments, I do believe some of the apartments had air conditioning but we were unfortunate and ours didn't have any so we had to hire some fans, they cost us 18.00 euro's per fan per week and 20.00 euro's deposit which we got back at the end of the two weeks, but if you are planning on going away that time of year just check you have air conditioning. The Levante Club Apartments are very central to everything but the only thing is if you are a light sleeper these might not be the ones for you, as you do get the music and noise from all the surrounding pubs and the dustbin men do come and empty the bins early hours of the morning and all the pubs are emptying all there empty bottles in the receyling bins, you do get used to it and it didn't bother any of ours. Terra Mitica and Aqualandia are well worth a visit very fun filled and entertaining days out, we did leave our visit to Terra Mitica until 4.00 p.m. in the aternoon and stayed there until midnight (public transport is available back into Benidorm that late) as it is up in the mountains and can become very, very hot. I would definately go back to Benidorm and the Levante Club Apartments again only I would make sure we had air conditioning next time.
Spacious clean appartments
The Levante Club Apartments are located right at the end of the levante beach and are a five minutes walk to the beach. The apartments are basic but with every thing you could need. There are ithink 3 seperate blocks each with its own individual pool. I have driven to spain on numerous occasions and have stayed on two seperate occasions at these appartments however only for a couple of days at a time, if i were looking to stay for a week or more i would go to a hotel with more comfortable facilities and rooms.
On the whole great well equipped large clean appartments suitable for a short stay.
