We end up taking advantage of being in a city to sort out a few issues we have been having with the van's fridge on both the battery and gas system. Today we drive through 3 States. After leaving Joplin we cross into Kansas for 13 miles, then into Oklahoma. This is an Indian Nation of about thirty tribes. Stopped in Tulsa seen the blue whale it is very flat country straight roads for twenty miles. different roads signs. Originally, we were going to "end" our trip by going to Austin to see the show Tommy since we are hoping to do that show in another year or so. We spent the day biking down Route 66, which was really bumpy, but pretty cool. Right around dinnertime we came up to a truck stop and pulled over for a Subway dinner.
