    ... Halte Nautique, chopping down some lovely fruit trees and then didn’t maintain it. There was also a lovely beach there like in Clairac, but the mayor did not keep it going.     The **** hit the fan today, and it was just as horrible as that expression. I woke up limping and stupidly hid this fact from my companions. We were going to walk 40km to Roquefort, but it was going to be a very easy and boring walk.
