... and a
creamy sauce and for dessert it was a chocolate cake (that was more of a
mousse) with red berries. It was sooo good! Probably the best meal we ate on
our whole trip. Yes, we went to a few other sit down restaurants, but we weren’t
ever with somebody that could tell us what the unknown things were on the menu,
nor were we with somebody that could give us suggestions of what was really
good or not so good (in their opinion of course). ...

... stewed, an acquired taste. After the main, a cheese course is served, usually an oozing st marcellin and 'brains of the silk weaver', which comprises of fromage blanc mixed with chives and garlic. Finally dessert, which again is an all you can eat communal servings of crime caramel and stewed fruits.
