    First day. Killed it

... want to participate and some of the students even put in some effort by the end of it.

All in all. A good first day, minus the fact that I had a rough night's sleep and therefore getting up before the sun for the first time in months was a bit difficult and in turn almost made me late! But! I made it in just before the bell and met with the teacher before going to the classroom. Tomorrow, I strive for my old self of being at least 5 minutes early. :D

... air. I have a towel hanging to dry because the smell of it was starting to be too much for me. Two days later it is still damp and now the smell is filling my room as opposed to the bathroom. I wake up and put flip flops on, only they feel like wet rags. I can't run or exercise much because merely waking up makes it hard to breathe and then there is a constant string of cigarette smoke coming through my only vent to the outside, the balcony door which is where the two ...

... I decided to make a pitstop and see if they had any information on the place. In seriously broken Spanish on my part and fairly broken English on the receptionists part, we made due and I found out the information I needed. At this point I knew I was close enough home that I could finish my stupidly limited amount of water I brought. When I arrived, the cold water from the fridge was like the water on my feet when I arrived at the beach, a godsend.

A great week working out and partying

... a perfect base for exploring. I was able to lose weight and relax, and squeeze in a bit of beach down time. I made some great friends on the retreat and we had a wonderful night out in Ibiza Town at the end of the week, but we all still came home feeling fitter and more refreshed. All in all a perfect week which proves that everything is good for you in moderation.

... on to the ferry at the back and water was hitting the seats. The boat anchored next door was cleaning itdeck and the water was spouting out onto our boat! Not a big deal and the boat filled up in the open areas before heading leisurely back to Playen d'en Bossa.

So it was a great day trip for sure. Nice to be away from Ibiza and there are still quite a few beaches there to explore and swim in.
