Fairly uneventful day today which will be obvious by the lack of blog and photos. We are currently in Toulon, Southern France. Toulon is home to the French navy which is obvious by the amount of naval ships docked here. I guess in France was ever at war then this place would be a prime prospect for bombing. A It is also home to the Toulon Rugby Club who are current European champions. Quite funny seeing large pictures of Ali Williams all over the place. For a ...

    ... pretend to be Albanian.

Sanary and Bardol are lovely little villages reminiscent of Noosa. They were once fishing ports but now it's all about holidaymakers and tourists. *Story of the Day* So I received a call from Nicole this morning asking us (me and Kayla) to return home, a 40 minute drive from Aix back to Saint Maximin, to pick up a letter that must be mailed today. This was an issue because when we received the call we had to pick up Laura in an hour and 15 minutes from school. Do the math. (The reason we had to go home was because Nicole works from home ...

Next stop was Cassis – a town close to Marseille – the SatNav
(god bless it) decided to take us right through the middle of the rather hectic
    city

Cassis has some beautiful calenques (coves or inlets to you
or I) and we had decided to spend the morning exploring the limestone scenery –
    which was really spectacular

Rather spoiling the day was the discovery, on our ...
