... They walk from the cathedral through the ancient part of town, out through the olde part to the cemetery just outside. We have never seen anything like it! Very traditional. It is Bully's last night in Pezenas and his choice is Pizzas where we had lunch the first day. They looked superb, very thin base and wood fired crispy edges. They end up being as yummy as hoped for. ... to do lunch between 12 and 2 and its 1:40 when I hit the town. Most things are closed but come across the only restaurant I spy that has lights on. You'd have thought I'd made a grand entrance when I opened the door, everything went quiet and all heads turned.... It was very posh and only a few people there.
