... slightly annoying, cerebrally-clingy way of pop songs. And the chorus is "Are you with me?" - an inside joke for us because wherever we go, there we are. Yes, it's us again. Some days we spent twice as much accessing the toll motorways as the $5/gallon diesel that we used traveling. Overall tolls were a bit over € 100, while petrol was about €195. French is a painfully beautiful language the loveliness of which is exceeded only by its inaccessibility. At least to ...

... The wind howled in our faces on the way but blew us 'all the way home.' More vineyards per hectare than we've ever seen . Even per acre. The entire countryside is covered in vines. Or protected, pristine forests. Or painfully picturesque villages. Our hotel for the next three nights is about a five minute walk from the center of the old village, rich in history. We did something akin to "bar-hopping," visiting a few ...

... Altarpiece. Another beautiful painting was the Virgin in a Rose Garden by Schongauer. The colors of both artworks were gorgeous. Of all the places we visited, I would enjoy living in Colmar.

That evening we enjoyed a farewell dinner on the Mani. We had a wonderful trip and hope to sail with Viking again. We arrived in Basel, Switzerland after dinner. Our flight left the next morning at 7:00 a.m. It was a short night and a long flight!
