      Monday 1st

      Mitch:

      Quick Breakfast before we set off for the drive to Gorge du Verdon, for what I was hoping would be some spectacular scenery (by all reports it is something special). Breakfast good as usual, but I kept my baguette and stuck in some of the saussison I had purchased at the market yesterday. Special treat today was Sams fave (pain au raisin).

      Today was our shortest trip so far, less than 10km. When we arrived in the area a few days ago and went to Moustiers-Sainte-Marie we saw a flyer for a music festival on this evening so we thought we would head along. We pitched up at our campsite at about midday and found a spot over the river, the same river that we saw the impressive waterfalls on the other day.
