At the end of the gorge we joined the road towards Cannes, which was route Napoleon, orginially created by him as a pass through the mountains...very windy. Our destination for the evening was Grasse where we found a good park overlooking the city lights and our first view of the Med.

... but seriously....not so pretty madame....we also passed blois and another castle that i forget the name of, in the van.

all in all castle day was just about one of the most amazing days ever i still cant believe that buildings like that are even real. just insane.

... nice pasta dish with duck! The weather was heaps nice during the day, but getting a little cold now. During the tea, this busker which was quite awesome actually was playing these tunes, singing and on the guitar and harmonica. Was really good background music for dinner.
