I have finally arrived in France, and am completely overwhelmed! I think because I have been looking forward to this for so long and now it is finally here, it is like it really isn't happening. Hard to believe I only have three weeks to go. After asking a couple of people we found the house and once we explained who we were the elderly couple welcomed us like long lost friends! Only the gentleman spoke English, but the lovely woman kept telling us things, which her husband then interpreted.
