... the bodies. We climbed on our bikes and rode 10km up the beach and found a big ship that was now earth bound and zebra's and elephants and white horses. I kid you not. Check out my photos!!!! Now I think the whole of France is at the beach and half of Spain. Its all so different to what we are used to but thats why we are here! Tomorrow we shall go to Carcassonne or maybe the next day. ... St Jean where we found a sandwich place. Lori, Steve, Peter and I were sitting there when Tom ca me by.. He came and joined us and told us the story of a little dog we had all seen on the side of the road, which was now in the van with Caroline who was attempting to find the owner. Gilles, Steve, and I continued and made the top. On our descent we were continually looking for somewhere ...

It was another hot, sunny day so I started off on the extra loop past the Abbaye St-Michel-de-Cuxa (which Caroline ...

... the col. A couple quick photos later and we were on our way down.

It was quite a descent. First, right near the top was a small uphill that none of us pedalled over since we got enough momentum from the downhill just before it to carry us over--that was cool! Then after that there were relatively steep sections with tight switchbacks alternating with longer straight runs. This would definitely be the more difficult direction to climb from.

    We found a ...
