        ... from Australia. Monday 15 I decided to have a reasonably relaxed day today - even stayed in bed until 7am. I have been opting for breakfast in the hotels as most offer a good selection. I have particularly enjoyed having cereal and yogurt and fruit - even though it may be tinned fruit. There are always the traditional croissants and baguettes, ham and cheese.
