    The day started with a run. Four intrepid young men (myself included) took on a quick 5 mile run. The old man kept up until the final 20 meters and the young ones sprinted "home". Thereafter the rest of the day was mostly spent building and updating the school children's dorms. The team worked diligently under the scorching heat.
