We chatted for a bit and then we were both on our way again! Cut to about 2 hours down the road and we were both starting to feel hungry, the tips from the boys to grab some frites (potato chips) from a stall on the side of the road didn't work so well, we didn't see any in the almost 200 km - we had ...

... we passed champagne houses large and small - from Moet & Chandon and Pol Roger to Collard-Picard. It was this last one in which we found ourselves, sampling three different champagnes. And these weren't the samplings that I am used to in Canadian wineries - these were full glasses of fizz.
