Monaco: The best of it all in one little country

Our dinner at VistaMar in the Hermitage Hotel (One of Monte Carlo/Monaco's top 10 restaurants) was complete with foie gras, sea bass, lamb, chocolate fondant and Grand Marnier Souffle... a perfect ending to an amazing meal.
