Lake Geneva has the clearest water I have ever seen in a lake. The lake itself is surrounded by the 2nd most populated city in Switzerland, so it is interesting that they have the ability to keep the water so clean and clear. Lake Geneva is also surrounded by very large snow covered mountains.

... made of Gruyère cheese and bread. It was good and gen loved it but if I am going to be honest, I don't need to eat it again...perhaps I'd dip my raw vegetables in the cheese but when in Switzerland do what the Swiss do. I made a nice large salad and washed down the cheese with salad and hot tea. Gen is feeling better and is tolerating food again which is nice and just in time for Germany where she swears we will find the best food... W'll have to see about that ...
