After breakfast, we met our guide for the day, Attilio. He was a hon not a hun and took awesome care of us throughout the day. We tooled up to Chamonix-Mont Blanc in air conditioned comfort, which was a welcome relief on a day of high heat and humidity. As we pulled up to the ticket sales building, the line was at least 300 yards long with an approximate wait of 2-3 hours just get a boarding pass for the cable car. Attilio ...

We were very excited to see blue sky when we woke up! Since the wether was good we decided to take the cablecar up Grands Montets. After enjoying the serenity for a ...

... but it sounds like it’s good. Will be doing more investigation into it. I just keep on trying to think of what we had and used in Canada to ensure we have at least that.

The one thing that is interesting and different here is at least with our potential insurance company is we get to pick between Medgate and going to a doctor. Medgate is a phone number you call. You tell them your health problem and they either from my understanding direct you to a specific doctor, email ...

    ... doll!!!

And they live in a beautiful home overlooking Lake Geneva and the original Mount Blanc! Beautiful!

Sandy started immediately doing laundry. We packed light specifically because we were stopping here and Alex and Annie would let us use their washer and dryer. Thank you so much!

Alex was kind enough to fix a great American steak dinner for us! And he had one of our favorites, broccoli. I taught him a trick about ...
