    ... 5 Team Le Good supporters were the only ones on the bus, but the driver wouldn't except payment and directed us to the on board machine which only took coins, of which we had only a few.The driver really didn't seem that bothered but eventually we found enough coins to buy 5 tickets costing 3 Swiss franc when we should have paid 10 francs each, so that was a good deal.     ... Then the fun began. We couldn't find a taxi big enough to take us and the boxes, and by the time we found the bus terminal, the bus we needed had gone. John decided to put the bikes together, just outside the police station, so that we could lock them up and leave them there while we got a taxi to our hotel, and then we would walk back the 3 km and get the bikes, riding them back to the hotel.     Graham had to register and do a team photo this morning, so I opted to stay in the village. I wandered to the supermarket and explored shopping Mall which was part of a huge swimming pool complex which looked very exciting.     ... portfolio? After our cruise we continued on our walking tour and immediately fell in love with the canals and old town area of Annecy. Oh my, so very, very beautiful! And yes, touristy, but not with that frantic hunt for the dollar vibe that you feel in so many popular places. As with the lake, the water in the canals is as clear as a clear thing can be.
