Denise and Dennus, Greek cola free and rum, while J,M and me had our traditional Tanqueray 10 and tonic. Between this lovely first cocktail hour together, as the sun went down, all the way through a perfectly prepared steak dinner, we all were laughing, giggling and re-living our first day together., while sipping the wonderful Greek Megas ...

Woke up early to see the sun rising as we approached Turkey. Went on shore for a Diane and Tony tour which involves walking, taxis and getting lost but you see all the good stuff. Stumbled on a Turkish bath house and experienced the real deal. A massage to remember. Bodrum is beautiful and very hot, hunting for shade all the time. My 'island sleep' was magnificently comfortable. Welcome Denise and Dennus. Nite, Nite.... ...

... which I had last night, and I had the moussaka. Excellent dinner, fairly good cold white wine, superior service, and a lot of fun. Jacques was tired, so he took the "Nelson nibbles", and returned to Milena. Marina and I waited for the bill, and then we, too, strolled back to the air-less, beautiful harbor of Kos. Why the winds do not grace the harbor at night is such a shame. GMs and Turkish nightcaps were happily enjoyed by Marina and I before we too, said goodnight and sleep tight. ...

... in Kos. On the beach next to the Harbor, Jacques says there are more that 200 tents, as they are camping on the beach, waiting for the Blue Star Ferry line to take them to Athens. They are all peaceful, and not bothering anybody. I must admit, both the Turkish, and the Greek governments are handing the massively horrid, immense situation. I do feel sorry for all these thousands of wayward people. According to estimates, of just how many will be transported to Athens, and ...
