Slovenia has only 16 miles of coastline, not much compared to Croatia's thousands of miles of coast when you include all of its islands and peninsulas. The short stretch is quite developed with an industrial port city (Koper), a swank resort (Portoroz), and a few other old towns. ... site. I thought mummy was asleep but after she sprung into life shouting "That's them!" she found the keys on the exit to a roundabout. Brilliant. Finally we were off. Goodbye Lake Garda. You were fun. We took a leisurely trip down to Venice. The traffic wasn't too bad for a change. The site is very posh. We have got out every piece of equipment in 4 hours to set up much to the entertainment of all our neighbours. My next priority - ...

... it was just a tad larger. It looked full and we thought we'd have to catch the next one...and then 60 more people shoved on so what the hell! The bus was leaning to the right, there were so many people crammed in to the far side. We couldn't hold on but it didn't matter, we were so tightly packed no one moved anyway. At the first stop enough people got off so it was still full but not leaning. It started raining pretty hard by the time we got back in ...
