... huge scale model of the city, including proposed buildings, to make sure the new ones fit in with the old. In fact they are in the midst of pulling down buildings from the 50s when the mayor was keen to tear down old buildings and build modern ones. In the place of these "modern" buildings are being build new "old" buildings in keeping with those around them.
