    ... rental place on Rollesby Broad. We rented a row boat and took turns rowing south towards Ormsby Little Broad where the Filby Bridge restaurant is. It took a good half hour to row the length of the Broad each way. The wind was definitely a factor. There were lots of swans and ducks enjoying the afternoon sun.

    We had a bit of a sleep in this morning. The only stipulation was to eat breakfast by 9:30. At 10:30 we piled into the van and headed to the beach in Caister to do a beach workout. Offshore there were about 20-25 wind turbines as a backdrop to our ladder drills. After the ladder drills we did beach sprints between 2 "groynes" or markers on the beach.
