We had arranged to go over for dinner that night and John and Shelagh are driving down from Newcastle to stay with them. We spent the morning with Mildred and fed her at lunchtime. She has difficulty swallowing and all liquids have to be thickened and solids mashed up. A cup of tea becomes like thick soup. Feeding her is like feeding a baby bird but she ...

... and once again fully dependent on my parents! Either way, despite my moaning, DMU had its ups and downs, but luckily I had a great team to laugh it all off with! I will miss you guys! So here it is my desk tidy and clear from all my random food, dirty dishes, spare shoes and other rubbish I used to keep in and around ...
