The Newest on the Beach is the Best!!

I stayed at the Legacy this past week and loved it!

The hotel has only been open for a year, so everything looks, feels, and smells brand new! All their rooms have nice big beachfront balconies! Andif, like myself, you have kids, you'll love their beachfront pool and the cont. breakfast they offer!

Plus, their staff is the friendliest I ever met and always with a smile willing to help. Bottom line, if you go to Panama City stay with the best.. stay at the Legacy... .

Not what expectd, but overall good

Although the room was not what we expected, the overall stay at the hotel was pleasant. We stayed at Legacy by the Sea during Spring Break, so it was often noisy... but that was expected. Overall the courterness of the staff was great. So even though we that there was false advertising from the discount online website we used, we he had a great time and would probably visit again.

Best Deal

Unbelievable rate - competitive rate, but quality blows all competition away! Gorgeous room with ocean view and generous accomodations, including fully furnished kitchen. Centrally located with all ammenities. This place can't be beat!

Legacy By The Sea--5 Stars!!!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of this beautiful hotel and it's staff!! From the moment my fiance and I stepped out of the car to retrieve our reservations, we were impressed. From a lovely lady who greeted us with the warmest smile as she held the lobby door open for us;right down to the recommendations from the front desk of where to eat a nice dinner--we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I cannot imagine staying at another hotel on PC Beach than this one. Beautiful wide balconies over looking the gulf, heated pool, hot tub, and on and on it goes!!! I even had a small question for the company after I got back home. I emailed them and a few hours later came a very thorough response. I was so impressed that thier customer service has no end that my fiance had to keep repeating himself at dinner. My mind was elswhere! :) The price is excellent! We're taking yet another trip to Legacy By the Sea in 20 days!!!

Great place to stay!

When we first arrived, the staff was really friendly and helpful. They explained all of their policies to us and were willing to help us in any way they could. The rooms were cleaned everyday, and the maids were very accomodating to our needs. It was an excellent place to stay, and when I go back to Panama I will stay there again.

Great time at the Legacy!

My mother and I stayed at the Legacy over the Thanksgiving Holidays-Great room-great view-very clean, and the staff was very accomodating, especially the housekeepers.

Stayed in off season (Oct 16-18)

I had a hard time deciding where to stay, being off season there are so may great bargains, but chose legacy by the sea because they offered me adjoining king size rooms, what I wanted & the other hotel could not.

BUT, when I checked in I was told we had adjoining rooms, full size beds. I really got upset & talked to front desk who stated they did not guarantee & did not have the rooms to offer. They would put us in king size rooms on different floors though. (of course not I had to talk to someone off site to book my room who did say they put me in the rooms, oh yeah I was also promised a confirmation by mail which I never received) I was a little upset at this, but we all agreed this was a nice place & it cost us only $67 a night, we would never stay here for the posted price $249. After all was said & done I merely wanted an apology from the hotel, not sarcastic remarks. I think that even if the hotel chain has offsite people making reservations they should be knowledgable about the hotel. The room was nice, nicely decorated.

There was a roach in the room, only 1 that we saw. There was garbage on the beach that should have been cleaned up each day, but again we were there in offseason.

Wonderful Place To Stay

This was a very unexpected pleasure. I expected to get the usual Panama City Beach Motel when I booked online. When we arrived and opened the door to the room I nearly fainted. The room was awesome, the people friendly, the maids courteous, the breakfast excellent, the view gorgeous. My stay in Panama City was great thanks to such a great place to stay. I think this is a great hotel. The rooms were very nice, and cleaned everyday by housekeeping. Breathtaking view of the ocean off the balcony, every room has an ocean view. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice place to be

The Legacy was very nice room was clean, staff was nice and easy to deal with.Very good location on the beach. Our only complaint was the seaweed and that wasn't their fault. We will return.
