... damage was in neighbouring State of Mississippi from Gulfport to Biloxi, Boats and barges rammed buildings, pushing cars and houses inland; water reached 6–12 miles from the beach. The power of nature! We live with the threat of earthquakes in Vancouver, but folks living on this coast live with storms every year, sometimes multiple times a year!! I'll stick with Vancouver Thanks!

We drove to Biloxi, MS on the 12th, and settled into the Cajun RV Park across the road from the beach. We had hoped to be able to check the beach out, but the weather began to turn colder and windy. Sounds interesting as it is suppose to alert you with a notification when it detects that you're near a point of interest. You can select different categories so as to narrow down those alerts.
