I'll head south to Indonesia/Malaysia after Ko Tao. I stress tentative plan, as I realize how my plans change daily. I think it will be good to fly solo for a while as well, as much as I like NY, she may have been interfering with my perceptions of Thailand, and would like to have the opportunity to form my own opinion. ...

... to the beach" actually only means if you have transportation. So here we are making the best of it and going to the beach every other day. The sun is pretty intense and we can only handle so much - but we're both getting some nice color and just gazing out at the water and hearing the waves at the shoreline is really relaxing.
