What a Brilliant Holiday!

I have just got back from spending two weeks at this hotel, and me and my girlfriend had an amazing time! The money we paid for this holiday was far from expensive, and after reading the reviews i was very worried about going. But when we got to the hotel it was clean and the staff were very friendly. Our two weeks at this hotel were so good, the pool is constantly cleaned, the drinks are very good and the staff are very ...

What a wonderful little peninsula on the Mediterranean. This town has it all. Lots of restaurants, bars, and shops, but also beaches and lots of ruins. Our room at the Hotel Lale Park was a little small, but we had a great time here.

... worked in the business and is engaged in helping to raise scholarship funds for poor children to attend school. The love the family showed was so apparently real. The experience in the home was so moving. İ did not want to leave but wanted to get to know these people better, especially the wife who had one of the most engaging smiles I have ever seen. Through Kamil İ told the family that I did not want to leave, and how impressed I ...

A long, tiring day of tourism

... and postcards and other junk. I was amused to see low-end bellydance outfits, but no, I didn't buy any of them. After that stop, went further up the river valley. Lots of nice scenery, cool mountains and stuff. Also, bits and pieces here and there of the old Roman aqueducts that used to carry water from the mountains down to the city of Side on the coast. That was one of my favorite parts of the ...

An Easy Relaxing Do Nothing Kind Of Day

Yo - well as u can c from the title I didnt get up to v much today in Antalya. I didnt go on any excursions, I didnt visit any paying city tourist attractions and I didnt really hike up any steep city hills to visit ministerial villas. In fact all I really did was just stroll semi aimlessly round the lovely old quarter of Antalya - Kaleici - with a drop dead gorgeous harbour, windy old narrow back passages with fine restored Ottoman houses that have now been ...

... novel and a brief wander round town Ý hit the rd - aiming for the coast about 400km away with only one sightseeing stop 45km out of Axe - the impressive carvaneri (ancient way st.) of Sultanhani. One other unusual sight - Turkish style moped family travel - a puny little moped not much bigger than 1cc engine size was vehicle to a family of four - with Pops at the wheel, Jr1 in front of him and behind the handlebar, Mom at ...
