... the runway as the throttle and power started you could feel the water under the wheels as the plane played moving side to side a small amount. Finally up we go for the first of seven flights on the trip. The usual happened drinks followed by food with more drinks and more and more followed again by a small wrap snack before we landed. ... first storm was quite brief but the one that followed had us put our rain jackets on for 40 minutes or so....... but this was only the second time of using them since Rome!

... justice, so we’ll do that tomorrow. We did however, traverse some of cliffs. Very impressive and stunningly beautiful. It wasn’t the warmest day but we had such a marvellous time, it didn’t matter. We only felt actually cold once, and although fresh, it was not an obstacle in the slightest to our levels of enjoyment.
Not much to say really. After Calais we had a short drive to the Belgium border via Lille!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
