    ... hours, but were eventually back on a bus. Another chilly wait at the station, and then a warm rocking ride back to Paris. It was a wonderful day. We shopped in our neighborhood and dined quite happily in our room on bread and cheese, apple and wine, with a decadently perfect chocolate eclair for dessert. I think we'll be in bed early tonight--tomorrow is our last day to explore Paris. Thursday morning we have to leave quite early for the airport and our flights home. Today was grand! ...

    We decided to push past our travel fatigue and explore Paris.The bus stop is right outside our Villa , with maps in tow we made our way to the tourist info office to get our 2 day Museum passes and a hop on hop off bus / boat ticket for tomorrow .     ... s and Eli and I went to get some lunch. We got some yummy baguettes (have I mentioned that I love the baguettes over here? So crunchy and yum!) and a doughnut each. We waited at the entrance to the metro for Mike and Kyria to come back. There was a guy standing at the entrance cooking corn on the cob. He wasn’t getting any sales though – I felt sorry for him. But not sorry enough to buy one as they didn’t look that appetising!

    ... to stay reasonably dry. Off to Musee D'Orsay for the afternoon - an excellent Van Gogh Exhibition - Nev particularly enjoyed it as he had recently read a history of Van Gogh so he was able to fill in all details for us.

    Have eaten in Montmatre both nights we have been here - excellent restaurants and handy to the hotel so we can stagger home after plenty of rose.

    ... from the Station but we weren't sure which one any more.

    Luckily enough it was behind the first corner we tried.

    After settling and leaving for food we returned to a sauna of a room. Apparently our radiator (not attached to the wall) was left on full. So we are now settling in for an overly hot nights sleep, training for Asia perhaps?

    At least we know our way back to CDG for tomorrows flight, thats our silver ...
