... on the Swiss side of Lac Leman, while we were soaking up the sun on the French side. The route today took us directly along the shore of Lac Leman (it turns out the translation of Leman is lake, so it is Lake lake) for quite sometime before turning off to some shops. ... deciding to ride to a giant industrial airfield had been turned into a park. After the first five minutes of riding out of Kreuzberg, I really started to look at the city. The architecture was no longer grey in the sunlight, it was beautiful. I was able to see rivers, monuments, and parks, none of which I knew were there. A complete 180 from two days before.

We arrived to this massive airfield, not being able to see fully across it. There were people everywhere ...
