... amount of respect for food and eating. I've definitely sensed some eye rolling/sighing/tutting at the undue haste with which we approach our meals. Chris has even caused a mild panic several times by getting impatient and doing the unthinkable and going up to the counter to pay!

... the corner (and I have a skirt on), I decline a lift and walk on up the road trying to recompose myself before he overtakes me. He soon draws up beside me and I see his eyes are red. Is it my imagination or are these farewells more emotional or is it that I can now see better behind the smile? As I walk to Globalteer he watches me. Each time I turn back he is waving. He is a very special person and I am so lucky to have him in my life.

... Being able to have a home base and cook here is really wonderful. We are all really loving the campground lifestyle. Despite the toilets ;). We really enjoy walking and taking the trains, leaving our home here to come back to. Today we met a man, woman and her sister from Australia, they are touring for 9 weeks in a campervan from the same company. They had some tails of terror, getting stuck in a small lane in Germany...finally landing in ...

... with a 12$ can glass or champagne each thena three course dinner - a lot of the things on our plate even I couldn't decipher, but were tasty (ah) then bed time with really delightful french pillows and windows wide open :) next morning we did the oppposite of the hike down now wighed down even more with our shoppings to hop a bus to Marseilles then on to paris !!!!! ...
